Get The Most From Your Leaf-Watching Trip

The summer with its heat has passed. Now, it is time to enjoy the cooler temperatures and the beautiful leaves that the fall season brings. During the fall, many like to take some time and go on a leaf watching trip. Cook Motor Company has a few tips on how to get the most from your leaf watching excursion.

There are many nice places where you can see fall color. New England is famous for leaf watching. You can also see good color in the Adirondacks, around the Great Lakes, in the Mid-Atlantic states and in the Lake of the Ozarks region.

You want to go on your trip when the leaves are at peak color. In the northern part of the US, leaves are at peak from that last of September through early October. In the southern US, leaves peak in mid October through the last part of October.
